Yufuin Sansuikan

This hotel is a great hidden gem! Located just a short walk from the train station, it was super easy to find and convenient to get around. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the station was a big plus, and the electric bikes for rent were amazing! It was so fun to explore the area on these bikes, and they were super easy to ride.

The onsen could have been better organized. It was a bit inconvenient to have to shuffle between the two floors for men and women, especially when there was a time limit for each floor.

Great place! the views and facilities were top-notch. Plus, it's within walking distance of a nice lunch spot called Sanshoro 🍜.

The view was lovely and the staff were AFFABLE. Room was good value. Yufuin Onsen district certainly deserves to be visited.

The onsen at Yufuin Sansuikan was very nice, offering a magnificent view of the mountains. The spacious changing area with individual seats, mirrors, and sinks was a nice touch. The hotel's dinner was enjoyable, especially with the beautiful view from the dining room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the JR station, although there wasn't much to see along the way. The tea in the room was excellent, and I loved the breakfast buffet style.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the train station and within walking distance of the main street and many restaurants. We found this to be very convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information and even assisting us with our luggage. The service we received was top-notch and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to others. The location near the train station and main street, the excellent service, and the comfortable rooms make it a great choice for anyone visiting this area.

The traditional Japanese dinner was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the onsen experience, with both indoor and outdoor options available. the location was also great, with many local attractions nearby.

The room was a bit outdated and the cigarette odor was noticeable even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. the breakfast had some standard items, but overall it was not as impressive as the dinner.

This hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station and shopping area. the onsen baths are highly recommended, with a particularly breathtaking view in the morning. Friendly English-speaking staff provide great service, including special transportation arrangements. Guests can enjoy a delicious dinner and breakfast.

Some rooms may have a smoking scent that could be bothersome to non-smokers.
